Air Botswana Townhouses

The proposed Duplex Townhouses for Air Botswana on sixteen plots in Phase 4, Gaborone each measuring approximately 600square metres (sqm) in area. These plots were found to be ideal for Duplex housing type, given that they are less than 800sqm required for multi-family residential use, as per the statutory compliance with the Development Control Code (DCC) of 2013. As such in optimising the development density of the land parcels the Duplex Townhouse typologies was found to be the most appropriate approach to developing these properties.
